A little Havanese all the way from Havana which no he doesn't take marijuana (or drugs). He's just a dog who doesn't know much but his heart is of gold and such. (He also raps if you hadn't noticed of which he goes by "Slick Silk Dog" as a budding rapper). Congo is for family and he is a honorary fighter of love and loyalty rather than hate and anger.
